This program is available to independent agents. In an instance
where the same submission is received from more than one broker,
a Broker of Record letter determines control.
To Obtain A Quotation
For The ResortGuard Package
Simply mail a submission
to Willis HRH Programs. Lead time needed 60 days prior to the
date the quote is needed. The submission must be complete and meet the underwriting guidelines and eligibility criteria. The submission should include
the following:
- Completed Acord
Applications, including detailed property information
to include construction, occupancy, square footage and
age
- ResortGuard
Program Comprehensive Account Profile
- 5 years of recently
valued company loss runs (loss summary helpful)
- Details on losses
over $10,000
- Full description
of operations, including those of additional Name Insureds
- Expiring premiums
and target premiums for all lines of coverage
- Drivers list,
including MVR's
- Narrative, photos,
web page, and brochure, if available
